Are Eye Twitching And Forehead Spasms Related To Stress And Dehydration?

Hello. I ve been having spasms in the muscles of my forehead several times an hour for the last couple of days. For several days before that my left eye was twitching, perhaps once or twice and hour. The eye twitching lasted about for or five days. I ve been attributing everything to stress and perhaps dehydration. Anything to be worried about?
