Are Fainting Spells, High BP And Low Blood Sugar Serious Concerns?

Hi. I have an employee that has been passing out. He is 23 years old. He went to urgent care today. They Said he had high blood pressure,low blood sugar and low water levels. What does this mean ? He has no insurance. I want to help him make good decisions. This is the second time in two weeks he has passed out while driving. Please advise.
