General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. Most skin lightening creams are made of dangerous substances which in the long run cause irreparable damage, including skin cancer. Royal white cream, like most such creams, contains parabens which are cancer inducing substances. While occasional use should be fine, I would strongly discourage you from regular use.
Maintaining a good skin hygiene and routine, with periodic scrubbing and regular moisturizing, as well as a healthy diet are more important in order to have a healthy and glowing skin.

Wishing you all the best.
