Are Fasting Blood Glucose 88, BMI 18.7 And Total Cholesterol 208 Good Numbers?

I am 44 year old female. I never smoked and have 1 glass of red wine a night. I dont eat red meat or processed foods. I recently got my blood work done and here are my results: Fasting blood glucose-88 Bmi-18.7 Fasting LDL-98 Fasting HDL-77 Total cholseterol -208 Triglycerides-164 Are these good numbers? Thanks

I considered your report carefully and I think you should be pleased about it.

Your glucose and body mass index are perfectly normal. Your total cholesterol at a first look might look borderline high, but when one sees its component notices that the high value is due to high HDL which is actually "good cholesterol", the higher the better, while the one related to cardiovascular disease LDL is normal.
Triglycerides are the only parameter outside the desired level, they are borderzone high, but they are not as strongly linked to cardiovascular disease as cholesterol, not much to panic about.
