Are Fatigue, Headache And Diarrhea Caused By Vitamin E Deficiency?

I am taking AREDS2 which, among other things, includes a daily dosage of 400IU of vitamin E. I experience periods of fatigue , headache , upset stomach and have some vision problems. I am an83 year old male and regularly take a diuretic and a chlorestoral med. I am generally healthy and active. should I be concerned with the high E dosage.

Hi,

The symptoms are not related to vitamin E but you can taper the dosage as this much dose is not trust your age.
