Are Feeling Of Confusion And Dizziness A Cause For Concern?

for several days now i have not been myself. I seem confused or have a confused feeling. yesterday i was very dizzy all day no matter what i did i stated in the state of dizzyness. is it worth me going to the er now or should i wait until the doctors office is open tomorrow?

Dizziness can be related to many medical conditions. I recommend to check:

-The glycemic blood level

-The blood pressure for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest to drink liquids, eat healthy, exercise and take a multivitamin supplement.
