Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

The concerns are based on the spinal canal measurements due to the central disc protrusion. If there is no spinal canal stenosis then it is a mild protrusion and not a problem. He needs to avoid activities that can cause stress on the spine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vivek Chail, Radiologist
