Are Frequent Bowel Movements And Recurring Stomach Pain Signs Of IBS?
Hello, Your symptoms can be related to irritable bowel syndrome. Some advice that I can give to you are: 1) Take a fiber supplement and eat fiber-rich diet. 2) Eat at regular times. 3) Take care of dairy products. 4) Drink plenty of liquids. 5) Exercise regularly. Meanwhile, I suggest using medications such as dicyclomine (Bentyl) to relieve painful bowel spasms. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
