General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think that syncope and that falling asleep and unconscious is related to cellulitis. This is probably a complication of it, probably sepsis or meningitis so you should seek help soon. Go to ER to evaluate his situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
