Are Frequent Headache, Stomach Upset And Vomiting Signs Of Hormonal Imbalance?
I regularly get a headache in my forehead, which seems like it s sinus related but my nose isn t stuffy at all. I get sick to my stomach and often vomit. It lasts most of the day then it s gone. Changed my diet for a year and didn t have one but then it happened today. Any suggestions? Could it be hormone related? I m 46. It s been happening for about 5 years now. At least once a month but sometimes more. YYYY@YYYY Thank you
HELLO Looking at your description, it might be related to migraine or vascular headache Another possibility is excessive fatigue or fluctuations in Blood pressure or blood sugar could be a reason
Yes, of course at your age it can be related to hormonal changes especially during perimenaupoasal stage.
In my opinion you should get your blood pressure recorded along with few investigation like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, blood sugar and Liver function test
Stomach upset might be related to acid reflux or gall bladder disease like gall stone or cholecystitis I would advise you to go for ultrasound abdomen or an endoscopy if need be.
You can take acetaminophen for headache and antiacidity or antiemetic drug for stomach upset and vomiting.
Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for further assistance. wishing you good health
