Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Frequency of urination is not a sign for Genital Herpes unless the lesions present in urethra.
Slimy sticky yellow discharge indicates the possibility of another STD. Examination of the discharge fluid under microscope would reveal the cause.
More than one STD can present at the same time and can remain asymptomatic which could cause an infection to the sexual partner. So it is better to seek the help of your physician and get treated as early as possible.
Get well soon.
