Hello,

Depo shot usually avoid pregnancy for 3-6 months after discontinuing. Frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI).

Fatigue can be due to low hemoglobin or anemia.
Nose bleeds can occur due to trauma to the nasal mucosa.

I suggest you to get few investigations: routine urine examination and urine culture and complete blood count (CBC). Urine pregnancy test becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri
