Are Frequent Urination, Vomiting And Chills Suggestive Of UTI?

This started last night woke up having to go to the bathroom alot. I am vomiting and i have the chills but no fever. I have PKD and stage 5 CKD and I am wondering if I might have a UTI infection. I hate to waste a trip to hospital if it wasn t serious.

Hello,

You can have a viral infection and that can lead such presentation.

In urinary tract infection usually burning micturition present.

I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination to rule out urinary tract infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
