Are Fruta Planta And Fruta Plus The Same Medicines?

hello< i have heard the news about fruta planta, but now i have been hearing about fruta plus, and some sellers actually swore since they are users themselves that fruta plus is original medicine and fruta planta isn't. Are those two products the same with different names?
