Are Hard Lumps On The Head’s Right Lower Side A Serious Concern?

I have two very strange occur ancestors. First, about two months ago I had pneumonia. Very shortly after the hospitalization a rash appeared on my left breast that is still there and is about the size of three quarters. Now yesterday I had a hard dime sized lump show up on the right lower side of my head. It is very hard and is giving me severe headache and dizziness. Hurts even more to the touch. It is making it very hard to sleep. Should I go to the ER? It is getting very hard to deal with.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden onset of swelling and cause the pain or it is tender then better to see the ER and it can not be taken as granted for the rash Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg once in day hope this information helps.
