General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
There are few reasons for having this type of pressure headache and pressure on eyeball.
In your case there is strong possibility of having acute Glaucoma and requires urgent attention.
Due to severe hypertension or some problem with optic nerve does give rise this problem.
Consult opthalmologist and get examined.
Measuring of intraoccular pressure and ophrhalmoscopic examination is very essential.
Ok and take care.
