Hello,

Densities in upper lung fields and shifting of trachea and mediastinum could be due to consolidation of lung parenchyma. Consolidation of lung parenchyma can occur due to many causes. Consult a pulmonologist for investigations and management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
