Are Headache And Loss Of Appetite Normal After Acute Hep B Treatment?

Good evening- about a month ago I was in liver failure and diagnosed with acute hep b- as of today my liver counts are almost normal and almost no trace of the virus- i recently started working out again and after workout I am exhausted with headache and no appetite- is it ok for me to be working out since everything is almost Normal your thots would be appreciated- thank you

Yes, exercising is fine but if you are having headaches and loss of appetite after a round of exercise, it is possible that you are currently doing too much and need to reduce it somewhat to see if this helps.

IF the symptoms still occur at a reduced intensity of exercise but do not occur at any other time, then it is possible that you may need to hold off for a short period of time.
