Are Headache And Nausea Related With Epilepsy?

Please type your query here...Hi i am 28, 5ft 4 around 12stone and Epileptic,I suffered an Atonic fall on the 31st march late morning and hit my head on a concrete floor and then suffered from a really pounding headache.Later in the day i suffered 2 grand mal seizures but came around between them both, since then i have had pounding painful headaches everyday and feeling very tired and i am now starting to feel nauseous sometimes when i have the headaches.I am very worried.Do you think i am still suffering from concussion or do you think the headaches and nauseous is to do with my epilepsy?Many thanks Jo.
