Are Headache And Nosebleed Symptoms Of HIV Infection?

I ve noticed a headache going on for nearly three days now; not some sort of minor headache - a tension headache I found debilitating (without treatment) the first night I noticed. Today I had a random nosebleed when I went to blow my nose. Could these symptoms indicate possible HIV infection?

Hello and thanks for your question.
It's my first priority to help you.
Well such symptoms are suggestive of Sinusitis.
Chances of HIV infection are very less likely.
Still if you have high risk exposure to HIV with unprotected sex then I would recommend to undergo HIV testing.
You should take Ibuprofen and Claritin.
Also take nasal saline spray and nasonex spray.
You should use liquid paraffin drops.
If bleeding is persistent more than 20 minutes then visit emergency room for nasal packing.
Hope this helps.
