Are Headache And Pumping Heart While On Medication For Diabetes And Heart Problems Normal?

most respectfully my mom is diabetic and heart patient and also her blood pressure usually high.. she got a medicine tritace,prothiaden,zoltar,survive,gempid,etc as she is also suffering of cholestrol in her blood,.... when she take these medicine her head aching also her heart starts pumps so high so that she can,t bear all this pain..kindly help me out so i could make my mom healthy..please
