Are Headache, Cramping And Flat Yolk Sac Around Baby Signs Of Miscarriage?

hi.. i am 8 weeks prego!! and i want to the ER last night because i'v had a bad headache and cramping, they did an ultrasound and they said that the yolk sac around the baby was a little flat but that there was no bleeding at at all around the baby. Should i prepare myself for a miscarrige?
