Are Headache, Fatigue And Weakness Symptoms Of Mononucleosis?
My 9yr old son has been complaining of headache, fatigue, loss of appetite and weakness for a couple of weeks. I took him to the doctor and was told he has a nonspecific adenovirus. He has been resting as much as possible but not getting better. Could it be mono?

welcome to hcm ...as infectious mononucleosis is a viral infection these are the various symptoms especially sore throat and muscle pains and generalised malaise ..you can give tab paracetamoul for body ache and these symptoms will persist for a few. weeks
