General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Heartburn, chest pain and headache can be a sign of myocardial infarction i.e heart attack and needs to thoroughly investigated.

I would advise you to get an EKG done as soon as possible which will help to ascertain whether your symptoms are cardiac in origin.

It is also advisable to get a trop T done for further confirmation. Once cardiac origin is ruled out you can start taking an antacid like Sucrafil o to help relieve the heartburn.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
