Are Headache, Nausea And Abdominal Pain A Cause For Concern During Pregnancy?

I am 12 weeks pregnant with my third child. I have been having terrible headaches which have been getting worse. Today i have been experiencing quite a bit of dizziness and am now vomiting and having abdominal pain. Is this normal? Or should i be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms given here may not be normal one and it is advisable to get done the clinical examination blood pressure would be matter of concern and other systemic cause hope this information helps.
