Are Headaches And Painful Pimples On Chin Symptoms Of Shingles?

I am 52 female had shingles 6 months ago am experiencing similar smaller breakouts on chin. looked like pimple from no where, I was feeling cranky,tired, headaches thought from weather being so hot. pimple breaks and chin now raw,painful looks mildly infected. whats happening. do I still have shingles or is this ongoing for rest of my life .
