Are Headaches, Dizziness And Seizures Indications Of Brain Tumor?

Hi, I have experienced headaches, dizziness and a possible seizure recently. I am due to undergo tests-ECG, echocardiogram and brain scan. The dizziness has stopped in the last few days, but I m experiencing different headaches from usual-they feel more like pressure on different areas of my head as opposed to pain at the left hand side of my head. Could this be an indication of a brain tumour?

Well, i suggest getting an MRI brain will help greatly. However, need to consider other causes and conditions of migraine, heaemorragic insults etc.
