Are Headaches, Sore Tongue, Mouth And Nose And Weakness Signs Of Meningitis?

i had an epidural last wednesday and had a spinal leak. i thought i was getting better. but now other then head ache i have a stopped up head, soars on tounge, and mouth, and nose. im very weak. i cant hardly move. could it be menenjitis? or something else
