Are Heat Rashes On The Neck And Forearms Along With Chills An Indication Of An Infection?
for the past couple of weeks i have had a severe heat rash all over my neck and inner forearms and have been avoiding sun and heat and washed with coal tar soap and applied aloe vera gel . today I feel a chill with a slight pain like a fever on the surface of my inner arms .I wonder if that could indicate an infection

Feeling of cold and pain may not be due to infection but it can be due to nonspecific reason it can be temporary.
Some time allergic condition may cause such symptoms, it is nothing to take with the soap or gel no need to panic or think about infection for sure it is not an infection nor it is the disease condition.
