Are Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Clots Caused Due To Low Hemoglobin?

I have had squirting blood several times coming from vagina with severe cramping and blood clots as large as golf balls. Heavy bleeding then minimal bleeding. Numbness on left side by kidney My iron is very low with slight elevation of white blood cells. I feel a lot of pressure down below like I did when pregnant.

It could be an ongoing miscarriage also. it is always better to get an ultrasound done and consider other pathologies in mind.
