Are Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pain Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

im feeling very sick at the moment bleeding heavily here and there and then lightly. I have a very sore stomach not pelvic but more stomach like ive got bad diarrhoea constantly for the last 2 days. Can it be a miscarriage??...my periosds are very irregular but never this painful
