Hello,

Your hemoglobin levels are low and this may cause lightheadedness but listening to your history of recently bypass this may be the main cause.

In gastric bypass patients, the food passes more quickly in the stomach making insulin levels rise faster than glucose levels in the blood.

This leads to hypoglycaemia. You should eat slowly, small meals and often. Also, try to avoid fruit juices and sweetened foods. Also, you should check ferritinemia and vitamin B12 levels in the body.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
