Are Hepatic Segment 7 Lesions Showing Moderately T2 Hyperintensea Concern?

Please explain following There is a 1 cm hepatic segment 7 lesion on image 6:6 and 1 cm posterior hepatic segment 7 lesion on image 6:8? These are both moderately T2 hyperintense and are hypoenhancing on all postcontrast phases and are not consistent with cysts?
