Are Herbal Medicines Effective For Non Toxic Goiter?

hello doc my name is Liza from Leyte, I am 33 yrs. old, married and have one child my height is 5'1" weights 64kg. I have a non toxic goiter as what doctor said it to me after she got the result of my biopsy then she gave me medicine to take. My question is I'm having trouble of difficulty of breathing, nervousness, feeling pressure on the neck. Somebody told me that there is a best medicine about this and she recommended me to take herbal medicines, is it okay if i will go for it what she says? I am seeking for your advice, Please help. I am looking forward for your soonest reply. thanks.
