Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

That is borderline blood pressure at worst. 100 heart rate is not outside the range that occurs with moods. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, ER's don't do much counselling and treatment or evaluation of psychological conditions. A BP that is only a few points from normal and a somewhat high pulse by itself is not an emergency and issues of anxiety/panic/grief would be better dealt with by trained specialists.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
