Are High Fever, Headache And Vomiting, Caused By Mosquito Bite, A Serious Concern?

Hi my 6 year old son , got bit by a mosquito 2 days ago and yesterday it started turning purple. my son started complaining about a headache and this morning had a fever. he has vomited twice and does not want to eat anything. his fever right now is 103. he weighs 55 lbs. what should I do?
