Are Hyperglycemia And Positional Imbalance Related?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi,i have a positional imbalance from last one month.it is not vertigo as there is no spinning motion around me...i m diabetic frm last 20 yrz.my sugar is not controlled its 20mmol. is there any association between hyperglycemi and positional imbalance??kindly help me out.thanku
