Hello,
Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As a physician I can assure you that the X-ray report looks almost normal and nothing to worry in it.
Increased bronchovascular markings are generally a harmless incidental finding which only indicates the presence of some kind of minor infections. It will revert to normal with in few weeks with prompt antibiotic treatment. In some cases no treatment is needed.
I suggest you to take a repeat X-ray after two weeks to check the progress,If the same findings persist, please consult a general practitioner for further evaluation.
Hope this information helps.
Wishing you good health.

Warm regards,
Dr.Shinas Hussain

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have not mentioned your complaints..

If you are asymptomatic than nothing is to be done actively...

But if you have symptoms like cough, dyspnea etc than this could be from bronchitis like infective condition

Hence clinical correlation necessary and accordingly decongestant and antibiotic can be started...

In bronchitis steam inhalation also useful

If bronchoconstriction present than bronchodilator inhaler can be prescribed..

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and Auscultation and accordingly management plan decided

Hope your concern solved
