Are Intermittent Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Armpit An Indication Of Breast Cancer?

Hi, I’m still pretty young, so my question seems like it’d be unlikely, but for the past almost two years the lymph nodes in my underarms have been swelling and skrinking. It’s not just one single thing swelling I can still feel each individual lymph and some feel attached, do you think I could possibly have or be developing breast cancer
