Hello,

I can understand your concern. Irregular heartbeats are called cardiac arrythmias and it should be checked by a cariologist to rule out the cause.

More often, arrythimas occur due to some heart problem or electrolyte imbalance in your body. However, sometimes healthy normal hearts have arrythmias, too that are not harmful and can be ignored.

However, I would advise you to get a physical examination by the cardiologist and ECG if he/she feels the need. Based on that, the cause can be determined and treatment initiated. Even if it is healthy, normal heart's arrythmias, the cardiologist will be able to differentiate that for you.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you good health!

Best,
