Are Irregular Periods, Brownish Spotting, Increased Appetite And Frequent Urination Indicative Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I have extremely irregular Periods and I started spotting a brownish color a couple days ago. It stopped after a few hours. Now I am extremely hormonal, overly hungry, my stomach feels queezy, and I ve been urination excessive amounts. Does it sound like im pregnant? When would a test be able to tell? I am sexually active on a very regularly basis

It's difficult to say whether you are pregnant or no based only on the above symptoms, these symptoms could be of hormonal changes. If you want to confirm do urine pregnancy test, preferably early morning sample to rule out pregnancy.
