Are Itching Throughout The Body, Diarrhea And Throat Pain Signs Of HIV?

Dear Doctor, i have a vaginal sex intercourse two months back and i tested with tridot after 50 days came back negative..my sexual partner aslo tested negative from ICTC center and she told me that she had a last exposure with other guy 5 months before..my symptoms are itchy skin all over the body fpr 5 days, diarrhea for 1 day and mild throat pain..is there any chance that i have infected with Hiv? Some of my friends also sufferring from this viral infection in this summer hot period

Hello,

It is not a sign of HIV. You can go for an ELISA test to rule out HIV. An antihistamine like Cetirizine can be taken for itching.

If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
