Are Itchy Pins And Needles Caused Due To Nerve Damage In Foot Permanent?

I have trenchfoot. It s about a week old and I rewarmed and dried correctly once noticed. I am wearing cotton socks changed twice daily, removing them for sleep and applying french chalk powder/talc to keep them dry. Only a small amount of necrosis occured on one toe, a black blister that has dropped off now. My question: the constant itchy pins and needles as a result of nerve damage (it isn t growing worse and foot is pink and healthy otherwise) are continuing, is it permanant?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the hypersensitivity reaction and not the necrosis, it is nothing to worry because condition may be self limiting but it can be managed tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
