Are Joint Pains Side Effect Of Dexona?

hi, my father has bronchial asthma with bronchiectasis, he has been taking dexona 0.5mg for 4months now. he has got wound at side of his tongue and he also complains about joint pains, now he is 66 years old...are the above mentioned problems due to dexona?
