Are Late Periods And Brown Discharge Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello There,
I missed my periods about 2weeks ago.I had urine test and its negative for pregnancy.Suggested for blood test and I am waiting for that but today I had blood with brown discharge just like periods.Is that an early sign of pregnancy? Please suggest me.

this may be your regular period.
if urine pregnancy is negative wait for 2 days and watch if there is regular bleeding.
if it is lesser than normal you need serum b hcg levels.
