Are Left Sided Abdominal Pain And Altered Bowel Movement Symptoms Of Dumping Syndrome?

I ve had a bad pain on my left lower side and it felt like it was a knot. I hadn t had a good bowel movement, just a little released at a time, until I was shopping. I felt a sharp pain and I couldn t stop going. It was a mess and now I m worried about having dumping syndrome. I had the gastric sleeve done 3 years ago with no complications.

This can be dumping syndrome. But only left sided abdominal pain is not diagnistic for it. Search Sigstad score for dumping syndrome on internet and fill it. If its greater than 7 then there is possibility of having dumping syndrome.
