Are Leg Tremors Side Effects Of Augmentin Or Rupanex?

my husband has been suffering from Laryngitis since last friday. His voice box is completely choked and he can only whisper.
He has been prescribed teh following medicines
Augmentin 625 Duo
omez D
Rupanex
LeZyncet-D
Ambrolite S

Today morning in empty stomach he took omez D and Rupanex, Ambrolite S
After breakfast he took Augmentin 625 Duo and Becosule.
After some time he started filling uneasy, his hands and legs are trembling.
Is it due to side effect of any of the medicines?
