Hello,

You are having greenish yellow discharge coming from the tip of your penis. You also have burning sensation when urinating. You are suggested to avoid sexual activity or self pleasuring for a couple of days. Get clinically examined by a Urologist, get sample of fluid from your penis tested. You will also be required to give swab of your throat or rectum to collect fluid for testing.

Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to detect UTI. Get STD tests done to detect STI. You will be treated accordingly. Greenish discharge from the penis is indicative of gonorrhea. It is commonly treated with Ceftriaxone and if you are allergic to Ceftriaxone you will be treated with Azithromycin.

To avoid gonorrhea, always use a condom or dental dam during sex. Never have sex with someone who has an active infection. Limit sexual partners and communicate openly about sexual activities. Get tested for gonorrhea and have your partners get tested, too. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
