Are Light Bleeding And Cramping Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My periods have been off for the past 2 months. I just got the depo shot for the first time ever and have had some light bleeding as well as cramping. I took a couple of pregnancy test that one came out negative, one came up with a clear positive sign as the test worked, and the other the tips of the positive were pink but the middle clear. Could I be pregnant? I also gained weight within a month of 3lbs.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your history and understand your concern. If your pregnancy test is week positive, you must go for blood beta HCG levels to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
