Are Light-headedness And Dizziness Related To Low Heart Rate?

hello...my girlfriend is 60 yrs old she has been having light-headedness and sometimes dizziness. she has seen the doctor for any type of answers but come up with nothing...although they mentioned about her having a low heart rate during her last visit. any ideas?

Low heart rate can do dizziness and instability, heart rate below 50 beats per minute can do that, so she should check her pulse every now and then.
